Input Your Tracking ID

Enter your order Tracking ID in the provided field at the top. You can either type it in manually or copy and paste. Ensure that there are no extra spaces before or after the ID, and be mindful of the case, as the system can be case-sensitive. Any errors in typing may result in a failed lookup, so double-check your entry for accuracy.

Hit the Track Order Button

After entering your Tracking ID, press the 'Track Order' button to submit your request. The system will begin retrieving your order details based on the ID you entered. Depending on your internet connection and the system load, this may take a few seconds, so please be patient while the information is processed and fetched.

Order Details Display

If the Tracking ID you entered is correct, the system will display all relevant details of your order. You will also see a progress tracker, showing the various stages your order has passed through, with the most recent stage displayed at the top of the list for easy reference.
